So here we go.I really felt that most of the good information was found in the first half of the book, while the second half was just a recap. It would make a better read if there was more mention of the actual herbs and their benefits instead of recapping what I had already read.
If I could get the other books for free, I would read them. However if I had to pay for them, I would really have to think about it.

Im a big believer in incorporating eastern medicines and remedies into my daily life. Great ideas for a more natural approach in this book.
It has tips and explained everything on what to do with the Indian medicine and the uses of it. I think it is also effective like Chinese medicines. I can't wait to try what I have learned here.
I am always on the lookout for powerful alternative medicine and this book came as quite a big surprise for me. I did not know anything about Indian medicine, as well that it has such a huge history and such a huge power. good book
So most, but not all, Indian medicine, is herbal. And you should seek a qualified practitioner if using Indian medicine.
Other than that, the rest of the 30 minutes is filler. Not a good exchange.
As you'd expect from the 30 minute read series, a good little overview of Indian medicine. A few specific herbs and spices are mentioned - but the text mostly deals with the history and overview of the topic rather than giving recipes, but I expected this so it wasn't an issue
